A common question when first starting to use TrekDesk is how long will it take before you start losing weight.
It is important not to get discouraged initially if the pounds are not falling off quickly. Your body is replacing fat with muscle to allow for the shift in activity levels and muscle weighs more than fat.
However, after a period of 6-8 weeks you will notice the weight comes off faster. You will also notice an increase in your energy levels, self esteem and alertness at work.
Remember to start slowly. You will eventually be able to walk the entire day however depending upon your health you will want to start sensibly with an hour the first day and adding 15 minutes a day to your routine. If you walk regularly and are fit obviously you can monitor the time that best suits you.
Stay focused and committed to your TrekDesk lifestyle, eat sensibly and the rest will occur naturally.
