I would rate my experience with the TrekDesk a 4.5 as I believe there is always room for improvement (with anything. I have only lost 15 lbs but it wasn't until just recently (August 2011) that I actually began using the TrekDesk consistently ... It's normal for people to feel overwhelmed when trying to start a new routine and I procrastinated on getting serious about losing weight until I couldn't put it off any longer. So, technically, I've lost the 15 lbs in the last 4 months ... slow and steady will win the race - WITHOUT dieting (or even changing my eating habits)! Since beginning to use the TrekDesk, it has allowed me to work while walking and I do a great deal more exercising each day ... sometimes I walk 3 hours and more as I get my work done. It has helped me to recover from a car accident a couple of years ago. My physical therapist had recommended that I walk but it had been a long and painful recovery ... the TrekDesk made it easier for me. What I like most, about the TrekDesk, is that I can walk and work at the same time and I don't feel like I'm wasting time out of my day by exercising anymore since I am now able to easily do both at the same time. I no longer have to 'set aside' time to get my daily exercise in.
