I use the Trek Desk every day that I am not traveling for work. It helps me get much more exercise during the day when I would typically be sitting at my desk. My highest day was an 18 mile day and I have walked as much as 170 miles in a 30 day period. I can work on my computer, participate in web meetings, conference calls and regular phone conversations and be getting exercise at the same time. This is a great addition to my goal of lifestyle change to remove myself from controllable health risks. Combined with better eating, I have lost 16 pounds and plan to lose an additional 20 pounds in the coming months to get to my target weight and body fat level.
