Lost 6 lbs. in the first 2 weeks. Less back pain even when I used a supposed “ergonomic” chair. I have more energy and am willing to “move” more. Not tired as often. I am able to walk much longer distances without fatigue, I can focus better for work – and the fact that I am walking more means I don’t snack at my desk as much. The size is ample, it’s adjustable and was easy enough to assemble.
