5 Stars+ I love my TrekDesk! I teach (mostly online) at a community college and was spending way too much time sitting in front of my computer. Already I have had numerous colleagues indicate that they want one too! I had a DVT three years ago and so sitting too long is not healthy for me. I already exercise regularly and teach group fitness classes three times/week but this is great for burning a few extra calories so I can indulge occasionally and not feel guilty! My hope is that within the next five years office treadmills will become the "norm" and we'll all be wondering why it took us so long to figure out how much better moving rather than sitting is for our overall health!
