I get on my TrekDesk at 8:30 every morning, Monday through Friday, and usually don't get off until between 6 - 6:30 PM with a short lunch break. I typically log between 10 - 13 miles per day at pace of 2.8 miles per hour and have logged over 1,500 miles in the year since I bought my TrekDesk. Health Changes: Weight loss, more energy/endurance, greater ability to focus/concentrate, stronger leg and back muscles.
