WISH I HAD ONE OF THESE SOONER! On the advice of my physical therapist, I purchased a TrekDesk a few weeks ago. I can't begin to explain how much I love it! I started walking at a pace of a mile and a half an hour and just doing email. After just two weeks, I was consistently walking at a pace of two miles an hour and was able to do everything I need to do: handwritten correspondence, email, creating documents, creating and editing PowerPoints, etc. I have more energy and wish I had gotten in the mode of walking while working years ago! The desk itself is very sturdy, easy to put together, and seemingly will last a lifetime. I am excited that I have made this investment in my health and look forward to reaping the benefits. P.S. My husband was skeptical at first. After a few days of watching me, he woke up early just to try the TrekDesk. He has now been getting up early every day so he can use it before I start my work day. My husband has always enjoyed walking. The benefit of the TrekDesk is that he can now calendar activities and make "to-do" lists for himself while walking at a pace of 3 miles per hour. My normally less-than-ideally organized husband has become more productive and organized since I purchased the TrekDesk. Win-Win!!
