Putting Health Back In Your Daily Routine. I've been using the TrekDesk for almost two years now. It may take a little while to get used to in the beginning, but after while, It actually feels weird to do work sitting down! Setting up the desk took under 30 minutes. I recommend having a powered screwdriver for assembly as both my hands were very sore at the end of the ordeal! My setup uses a Merit Fitness 735T Treadmill. The TrekDesk's adjustable height fully accommodates the treadmill without issue and has room for incline too, if you so please. The desk is very large and had plenty of room for my laptop, two monitors, keyboard, mouse, phone, and numerous other accessories. The two cup holders are very nice as I don't have to worry about spilling on my workspace. After I've started using the TrekDesk, I've noticed I'm got much less of that drop of productivity in those lazy late afternoon hours. On top of that, I also have a higher overall sense of energy than from sitting all day. With a good pair of comfortable shoes, I can burn a decent amount of calories a day without sweating or too much effort . This is especially helpful as we're in the holiday season and are extra prone to eating extra food. During the winter months, staying more active also helps me feel less cold. One thing I would have liked was the exercise-ball utilizing chair accessory that seems to have been in the pipeline but has never come to fruition. Then again, maybe it's a good thing - too many people might be tempted to retire to the chair. I highly recommend the TrekDesk, especially since it's the only thing keeping me in semi-decent shape this holiday season.
